Semiconductor Diagnostics, Inc offers comprehensive support and training for all FAaST systems installed around the world, as well as wafer measurement services in our Tampa, FL facility.
- Service support contracts: SDI offers 3 levels of annual service support contracts, ranging from basic system PM’s up to full onsite support for all scheduled maintenance and equipment failures.
- Applications support: PhD level applications support is provided either remotely - with electronic data exchange & teleconferencing; or onsite at customer facilities.
- Training: SDI offers both maintenance and applications training for all FAaST tools. Classes are scheduled in SDI Tampa, or can be customized and arranged at customer facilities.
- Wafer measurement services: SDI maintains a class 1000 cleanroom in Tampa, Florida - with a number of FAaST systems to cover various wafer sizes and measurement types. Also available for photovoltaics.
